Official Forum Rules
These rules apply to everyone. And Must be followed.
Forum General Rules::
1. Nothing such as: Posts, avatars, signatures and user names must contain obscene/pornographic/offensive material nor links to web pages which contain such material.
2. Nothing such as: Posts, avatars, signatures and user names must contain links to or ask for information on warez, cracks, torrent, etc. or copyrighted material.
3. Nothing such as: Posts, avatars, signatures and usernames must degrade, insult or disrespect other users or groups of people.
4. Nothing such as: Posts, avatars, signatures and user names must harass other users or groups of people.
5. Nothing such as: Posts, avatars, signatures and user names must contain direct or indirect referral links or links that you may get scammed or fruaded by.
6. Nothing such as: Posts, avatars, signatures and user names must contain spamming bait or anything encouraging another user to break the rules.
7. Nothing such as: Posts, avatars, signatures and user names must contain sites/links/scripts that are harmful to another user's computer, like viruses, Trojans, spy ware, malware etc.
8. Nothing such as: Posts, avatars, signatures and user names must imply, in a derogatory or discriminatory manner, that your culture, religion, ethnicity, race, sexuality, country and/or language is superior to any other culture, religion, ethnicity, race, sexuality, country and/or language.
9. Only one account is allowed to be made by the same person in the same IP address.
10. Spamming is NOT allowed, unless your in the spam section. Spam posts are such as:
- Hey whats up this is cool
- Yo yo yo yo yo yoy yo yo yo
- I don't have anything to say
- Whatever dude, I don't care
- Making a post that is less than one sentence
- Making a post that does not relate to any of the forums whatsoever.
Spamming is one of the most ungrateful rules to break and will result in warnings and bans.
11. Posts advertisements on the forum is not allowed, only in the advertisement forum.
12. No advertisements unless allowed by the Administrator are allowed. Only advertisements are allowed in your signature, no where else!
13. No viewing this page using proxy servers. We've gone and blocked as many as we could find anyway, but there may be one or two that still works here.
14. No impersonating any member of staff. To have a user name that includes the name of any member of staff will result in your username being changed to "ImpersonatingFool001", and further action will be taken. Also, trying to impersonate a member of staff on MSN, AIM or any instant messenger is forbidden.
Any of these rules broken could result in warning/ban.
Posting Rules::
By posting content to the Forum, you agree to consult and follow these Posting Rules. In the following, "post" applies to all kinds of posted content.
Violations of these will not be tolerated and while we usually tend to give warnings before banning user accounts, we never give them twice to the same people. Moderator's judgment applies.
1. Use meaningful and descriptive subjects for your posts
"WTF?!!!!" won't cut it. Nor will "help me". Try to give other users a rough idea of what they can expect when clicking on your posts, or no one will even bother reading your message.
2. Watch your spelling and grammar
Don't write your subjects and posts in ALL CAPS. Try to use full sentences where possible. Don't write "U" if you mean "you". Try to break down longer posts into paragraphs.
Do exactly the opposite from this.
3. No excessive use of foul language
While everyone uses occasional cusses, excessive cussing will not be tolerated. Once or twice is not even acceptable. So please watch your language for the sake of others.
4. Pick the right forum for your posts
If there is no forum matching the topic of your post, use the Other Topics forum. Consider posting personal topics without much interest for the general public to your journal.
5. No double posting
Never post the same message to more than one forum or journal.
6. No personal attacks on other users
If you have a disagreement with someone's point of view, address the subject, not the person.
Harassment or excessive flaming will not be tolerated.
7. Respect the privacy of other users
Never post other users' phone numbers, addresses, pictures, etc. without their express permission.
8. No pornographic, tasteless or otherwise objectionable material
This applies to your posts as well as to images and links embedded in your posts.
9. No spamming
No commercial-oriented posts, no flooding with useless content. No chain letters, pyramid, or money schemes. If you have to post about your personal homepage you can do so in your journal.
10. Do not post links or requests for warez, activation codes, etc.
This applies to all pirated material.
11. The only permitted use of bumping a thread is when; the thread is not posted on for 1-2 weeks. Anything that is bumped later than 2 weeks will result in a warning, and may result into a consequential ban. Bumping is excluded when talking about the use of updates, it is prohibited when you just want someone to see your thread. Once the thread is 35 days old, and has no replies, you are allowed to create a "similar" such thread.
Avatar Rules::
1.Your avatar may not be bigger than 100x100 pixels in dimension.
2.Your avatar may not be bigger than 50 kilobytes in size.
3. If a Moderator or Administrator has requested you to change your avatar, please do so or your rights to have an avatar will be removed.
4. Your avatar may not contain an image relating to admin or mod if you are not one.
5. Highly animated or very disturbingly animated images are not allowed. They may be harmful to other users and should be deleted.
Rules related to signatures::
1.Your signature may not be bigger than 600X175 pixels.
2.The total file size of all the images in your signature may not be bigger than 100 kb.
3. If a Moderator or Administrator has requested you to change your signature, please do so.
4. Signatures with dynamic information about users browsing the forums, such as programs which display other users IP is not allowed. This is listed as a form of Hacking.
5. Highly animated or very disturbingly animated images are not allowed. They may be harmful to other users and should be deleted.
